Community Guidelines
cue club is a creator first social platform for hosting or joining live online shows and building communities. We aim to help creators to engage with their audience in a seamless way.
cue club is end-to-end platform for hosting, marketing and analysing the success of your events. It will give a comprehensive view of your event's success based on how the audience interacted with it at various stages, e.g. promotion, booking, consumption and engagement. To ensure our purpose is met effectively, we require our users to follow these community guidelines. We want all creators, users and communities on this cue club to be respected and be respectful towards each other.
To ensure that cue club is a safe and intimate space for a diverse range of creators and their communities, we have created a set of guidelines listed below which have set out the type of behaviour and actions which are strictly prohibited on Cue.
CyberBullying, Harassment, Hate Speech and Threats
We at cue club do not allow our users to be a part of bullying, threats, harassment, or hate speech because we want our platform to be safe for all our users and communities. Users must not threaten or post any video or comment that could be vilifying or derogatory to any cue club user or community.
Use of offensive language, slangs promoting hate speech, blackmailing, intimidating other users is strictly prohibited.
Posting of any content that promotes, incites or condones violence, hatred or discrimination against any person or groups of persons based on nationality, race, ethnicity, region, religion, caste, disability, deformity, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or political affiliation has no room on cue club.
Authenticity
cue club is for creators to post their original content created by them. As a creator, you must not post content that you are not entitled to share or post, which will lead to breaching the intellectual property rights of other creators on cue club. Before posting anything on our platform please ensure that you are only posting content that you have created or that you have been authorised to use.
Kindly refrain from posting content that you do not own copyright. This can be using portions of music records or videos or something you have copied or accessed from the internet and have no authorisation to post.
We will take down your content without any notice if we receive a complaint that you have infringed someone else’s intellectual property rights.
Illegal activities and Terrorism
Do not post any illegal or prohibited content under any national or local laws that apply to you. Refrain from posting content that encourages other users to participate in unlawful activities. This includes terrorism, selling or buying narcotics, illegal or prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco products.
Do not use cue club to post or conduct unlawful activities such as lotteries, gambling, and real money games or encourage money laundering, encouraging or glorifying terrorism, prostitution, human or child trafficking, organised violence or any other criminal activity.
All content that promotes supports, or glorifies any terrorists or any form of illegal activities is strictly prohibited on cue club.
Graphic, Offensive and Sexual Content
At Cue, we strive to create an inclusive and diverse community and can be accessed by people of all genders and ages. To maintain this, we don’t allow our users to post any graphic, offensive, or sexual content in any form.
We ask creators to flag their 18+ if their content is considered 18+ or could be inappropriate for minors. cue club doesn’t allow pornographic or paedophilic content, explicit depictions of deceased persons, violent sexual acts including content depicting rape, and excessively gory imagery. We have zero tolerance for any content that depicts sexual content involving children or otherwise harmful to children or revenge pornography. Any users found posting content of this nature will be reported immediately.
Spam and Frauds
cue club is committed to protecting the privacy and information of its users. Do not upload or distribute any link: files that contain viruses, trojans or other material that is malicious or harmful. Refrain from posting any content that promotes scams or fraud, including phishing, Ponzi schemes, betting, and lotteries.
Sexual Harassment and non-consensual nudity
Do not post any content or engage in an activity on cue club that may be sexual harassment. Do not make any comments or statements that might be sexually explicit or innuendoes directed at any specific person or persons. Refrain from sharing any sexual (or sexually suggestive) information or media concerning a person without their consent or any content that may be invasive of their bodily privacy.
Invasion of Privacy
We expect our users to be respectful towards the privacy of other users and communities and not invade it. Do not post or threaten others to post any personal information like bank account details, phone number, address etc.
Safety of minors
We at cue club are dedicated to ensure the safety of minors. All users must be above the age of 18. The content created on our platform for kids should only be consumed under parental guidance. We strictly condemn sharing any form of content that depicts nude, sexual or even sexual exploitation of minors or paedophilia or violence or sexual trafficking against minors is prohibited.
Any user caught sharing or engaging in this activity will be blocked from cue club and immediately reported to the authorities.
Self harm, suicidal and dangerous content
We aim to create cue club a safe and peaceful platform keeping in mind the wellbeing and welfare for all our users. Posting of any content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, instructs, or promotes any form of self-harm or self-injury. In case you come across any such content please report it, in a situation of emergency please reach out to the government authorities immediately. However, any content that supports and helps our users in building coping mechanisms or provides resources for those struggling with thoughts of self-harm or suicide are permitted.
Religiously Offensive Content
We at cue club expect all our users to be respectful of all religions , faiths and beliefs of everyone regardless or not they share the same views or beliefs as you. Posting of any content which hurts or insults the sentiments, religion or customs of others shall be immediately flagged and removed from our portal.
Threat to platform security
Any activity or content that hampers the security of cue club is strictly prohibited. Do not distribute any links or files that may contain viruses, trojans, malware, ransomware or other materials that are malicious or harmful to our platform. Refrain from making any attempts to hack Cue’s website, mobile application. Do not to make unauthorised copies, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create any derivative works of the services or any content included therein, including any files, tables or documentation (or any portion thereof) or determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithms, methods or techniques embodied by the services.
If you violate these Guidelines, we may in our sole discretion take any suitable action against you, which may include the removal of the offending content from cue club, termination or deactivation of your cue club account. Along with immediate reporting to the concerned authorities.
