From our users we collect the following type of information when they make use of our services. Information gathered during the signup/registration process, onboarding process, name, email address, contact number, age, gender, password, geographic location, profile picture. We however mark the information as required and optional and you may choose to not provide the information which is optional in nature. When you choose to get your profile verified by us you are required to share with us you identity proofs which include the Government identification number, links to social profiles. We collect this information only to verify your identity and list you as a verified user on our platform. To additionally utilise the monetization option available on our platform for the creators you will be required to provide us with your bank account details and PAN information. This information is a part of the extended services you are willing to utilize through Cue App and will be used by us to disburse your earnings to your respective bank account. If you plan to buy Cues in our platform you are required to provide the payment information which includes UPIs, credit cards, netbanking and other wallets. If you send us personal correspondence like emails we use that information to assist with your query/complains. Using the information you share with us we may send you offers based on your interests and behaviour on our platform.

To enhance the user experience on our services including the website, mobile app, social pages we may automatically track certain information about you based on your behaviour on our platform.
